Event Overview

Boston USA, August 2022, international audience of 469 in-person attendees across 5 days, 70+ international invited speakers, 420+ submissions, no virtual program

When ASN was contacted from the local organising committee in Boston, the gist of their enquiry was that after a couple of years postponements and the failure of their local PCO provider they were looking for a flexible provider who could cover them in every contingency. The event ended up not requiring any virtual components and our team was onsite in Boston to deliver the very successful meeting the client wanted. The conference received over 420 submissions, and the program comprised of more than 70 international invited speakers from around the world. Sponsorship & exhibition target was exceeded by almost double and working from the other side of the world did not cause any disruption, such was the quality of our relationships with global hotel chains and understanding of what is and is not value for a conference. Such was the success that we are now being favourably considered for conferences of the same group in both Asia and Europe.
